Photo Jigsaw: Family Puzzles

These Terms of Use govern your use of Photo Jigsaw: Family Puzzles ("the app"), published by BTH. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

Your photos

You may use your own photos to create puzzles. You keep all rights to your photos, and they are processed only on your device (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photo you select, and you agree not to use the app to process unlawful or infringing content.

Free version and ads

The app offers a free tier with a limited number of custom puzzles per day. Free users may see non-personalised advertisements and may optionally watch a rewarded video to unlock an extra puzzle. We may change the limits or ad behaviour of the free tier at any time.

Subscriptions and purchases

• The app offers an optional premium upgrade as auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly or yearly) and a one-time “lifetime” purchase. Premium removes ads and unlocks unlimited puzzles.
• “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the app — not your own lifetime. The one-time lifetime purchase unlocks premium features for as long as the app remains available and supported on your platform. It is in no way connected to your personal life expectancy, and it is not a promise that the app will remain available forever. If the app is discontinued or removed from the store, access may end.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Any free-trial period is forfeited if you purchase a subscription before it ends. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• You can restore eligible purchases on a new device via the “Restore Purchases” option in the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law, and not to circumvent its usage limits, security, or payment mechanisms.

Availability

The app is available in most countries except where we have chosen not to distribute it. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time.

No health claims

The app is for entertainment and relaxation. It makes no health, medical, cognitive, or therapeutic claims.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
